Lotsa little flowers
I’ve been playing bingo over at Barb’s for about a week now and I’m still not close to winning anything! But I am plugging away, trying to get more numbers called. She posted a color challenge of pink, brown and green and those colors are right up my alley! So here is my contribution to the game.
And if your interested, here’s how it was made.
1. Starting with a 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 piece of old olive that I sponged around the edge with old olive ink. On the bottom half of the card I stamped the single flower image from “looks like spring” in old olive ink.
2. I then cut a 5 1/2 x 3 piece of designer paper that I bought from Michaels and wrapped a piece of pink ribbon around the middle that was from the “flirty” collection last winter. I adhered that to the base and then added 4 antique gold brads on the corners.
3. Next I cut 5 1/2 x 1/4 strips of pretty in pink and chocolate chip and glued them right below.
4. In chocolate chip ink I stamped the happiness sentiment from ‘wonderful words’ in the bottom left hand corner.
5. The flowers in the right hand corner are from creative wholesale and I layered smaller flowers into the larger ones. Then I used a dab of strawberry ice stickles in the center and glued them in place.
6. For the large flower, I used the rock and roll technique with pretty in pink and chocolate chip on pretty in pink CS. Then I took the versamark marker and colored the small similar flower from the 3 flower stamp and placed that in the middle. I then poured clear EP on it and set it with my heat gun and then cut it out with my paper snips.
7. I then held the flower ontop of a piece of chocolate chip CS and loosely cut a similar shape for the background. I mouted each piece with a stampin dimensional on the card front.
8. Finally I punched out flowers with the flower bouquet punch in pretty in pink and chocolate chip and then offset them on top of eachother and secured them with antique gold brads. Then I used stampin dimensionals again to set the flowers.
And there you have another quick and easy card for the bingo game! I hope this helps my luck…….or somebody else’s luck tomorrow!

Thanks, Elizebeth, this is a beautiful card. I love the stamped bg on the bottom portion. Makes for an interesting layered look.
This is wonderful for the challenge. Thanks for the extra number today.
Oh, Elizebeth, this is so pretty. I love the little flowers in the lower right! The dp is great, and I appreciate how there are so many ways that florals are represented on the card (stamped background, punch, little ones in bottom corner). Thanks for sharing with directions, and thanks for the bingo number!
Nice job!! Good luck on the bingo!
