It’s candy time!
A winner has been chosen, please no more entries! Thank you~
Do you love cardstock? Well here’s a bunch just waiting to be made into something beautiful. A total of 192 pieces of paper and two sets of mini clear stamps!
I’ve had many posts recently about organizing and cleaning my craft room and while doing this I’ve found some ‘extras’. I have several unopened packs of 8 ½ x 11 discontinued stampin up cardstock which has 40 sheets each! The colors are; rose romance, marvelous magenta, orchid opulence and mauve mist. I no longer have these ink pads and know that someone out there still does and could put these papers to good use!
I’ve also peeked into my patterned paper and noticed I have a ton of that as well. I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought all that paper and obviously not a plan for it. I am a bit of a collector of paper, so I guess this was a paper indulgence. I have 13 different patterns of background papers cut to 6×6 squares for a total of 52 pieces!
And not to let these papers go un-stamped, I have two very cute sets of stampendous clear stamps. Both sets are insect themed, one being dragonfly and the other being a bumble bee. I am also including a small acrylic block just in case you don’t have one.
To win some new paper and cute stamps simply leave a comment and tell me what your first stampin up stamp set was. Mine was “Frosty” and I made Christmas cards with him……surprise! I will pick a winner on Tuesday August 21, 2007. Please have your entry in by 11:59 pm on August 20. Only one entry per person please. I will enter the numbers into random.org to pick a winner.
I hope these papers will find a good creative home…….Good luck!

My first stamping “set” was a beautiful letter stamp that when I saw at the store I thought it was an “A.”
Once I actually stamped it, turns out it was a “V.”
I still have it and use it on every single letter I send out. No one has ever said anything (I guess that can be good or bad)
A question for all: what are your favorite online stores?
My First sign up set was Frolicking frogs. I love frogs and had to have that set!!
My first stamping set was….”Not so short notes…1997″ I got it at a garage sale a few years back…and got the Stampin up “bug”.
I am drooling over this candy. My first set was Nice & Easy Notes…seems like I got it forever ago and it’s still there! Must be a good one!
My first stamp set was You Are My Sunshine. My DD was 18 months old at the time I hosted my first SU party (I had never been to one before that.) This was the first set on my “Have To Have It” list, and the first oneo n my order form.
My daughter got me hooked on stamping. After using her stamps my first stamps were “City of David” and “Give Thanks”. I love pumpkins!!!! Love you bog. Happy Stamping.
What I amazing blog candy! Unfortunaly I guess I can’t participate because I never had the chance to buy a Stamp’in up set. However there is finally someone who sells to Norway so I plan to do so soon. I just can’t decide which set to buy. There are so many great ones! Any suggestions with what to start with?
My first stamp set was It’s Snow Time. I did all my own Christmas cards that year which was initiation by fire.
Now, I am taking it nice and slow and doing a couple a week before the big push!
What a great blog candy, but I have a problem for participating! I never had any stampin’ up set, so there is no first set. Anyway thanks for offering the blog candy.
YOU ROCK! What a sweet yummy candy giveaway to share with your readers. Love the cardstock colors and the pattern paper and if that wasn’t enough to jump up and down, you added some cute cute stamps. YOU ROCK! You are going to make 1 stamper super duper happy when this shows up in the mail….I hope it’s ME! (tee hee) My first was “Bitty Minis”. Thanks for a chance.
My first Stampin’ Up set was Loads of Love and the accessories! I still have it and it’s still in there! Thanks for offering the blog candy!
What a lot of loot!
My first set was Button Bear and I don’t think I will ever get rid of him. He really was a great first set with lots of versatility. He’s pretty dusty now though.
My first SU stamp set was a year ago…I bought Bud Basics. I thought it was so cool to do the 2 step stamping! Thanks for the chance to win blog candy and the inspiration I find here at your blog!
MIne was Nice and Easy Notes, that was like almost 10 years ago!
You have a great blog! My first set was Peaceful Wishes.
I don’t know the name of it, but it’s the SU bear with all the holiday accessories. We moved almost 4 years ago and it’s lost somewhere in my basement in an unpacked box. Wish I could find it because with 3 toddler grandkids, it would be a fun set to use now:)
I’m another one who’s never had a SU set - I’ve used a bit of SU cardstock in the past (I love to make cards), but I’m not really much of a stamper.
My first stamp set was Cuddles & Tickles. I was pregnant with my 2nd son and wanted to make birth announcements. 6 years later I am still stamping and have added tons of new stamp sets and I will not get rid of that stamp set for sentimental reasons.
Happy Stampin’
Christine
Hi! My first SU stuff was a shamrock wheel, ink for the wheel, and a handle! Thanks!

I believe it’s called A Little Love. It was a hostess gift I got when a had a party quite awhile back. I still use the dog and onesie occassionally.
My first set was Stars and Swirls. I still have it and use it!! You are so fun to do these give-aways!!
ohhh i hope it’s not too late to join in on the chance to win!
my first set was announcements by stampin up.
My first set is one that is still used constantly even though it’s been around 10 years at least and I have no idea of the name of it. It is a big group of every possible sentiment like Happy Valentines Day, Happy Birthday, Thank You, etc. I think that every holiday or event is included in the set. It was definitely worth the price I paid!
My first SU set was actually the Starter Kit. I was browsing eBay for stamp lots, and saw a cute SU set in one of them. Interested in seeing more, I looked up SU on eBay and saw so many sets that I loved that I decided to sign up as it would probably be cheaper for me (yeah, right LOL!). I contacted a local demo and signed up without ever attending a party or trying the product.
