Friendly sketch
It’s late Tuesday night and SCS has the Wednesday sketch posted early so down I go to the craft room to create! I decided to pull out my greatly neglected but oh so pretty set, “True Friend”.
I also whipped out my fall flowers DSP……….I LOVE that paper! And the double stitched ribbon was a RAK from Kathy…….thank you Kathy!
And dont forget to enter my give away! Click HERE for details.
1. Starting with a piece of soft sky CS cut and folded to standard size, I stamped the small circle flower in soft sky ink.
2. Next I cut a layer of fall flowers DSP to 4 1/4 x 2.
3. Then a layer of close to cocoa CS cut to 4 1/4 x 2 1/4.
4. After that I cut a piece of wild wasabi at 4 1/4 x 2.5 then layered all three pieces together.
5. Using wild wasabi double stitched ribbon, I wrapped it around the layers and tied it toward the bottom. Then adhered this to the card.
6. With a piece of white CS cut to 4.5x 2 I stamped the large flower in soft sky ink, then stamped the multi flower in wild wasabi on top. Then I sponged the edges in cocoa ink.
7. Next I cut a piece of cocoa CS at 4.5 x 2 1/4.
8. Then a piece of wild wasabi was cut to 4.5 x 2.5 and the three layeres were adhered to eachother. Dimensionals were used on the right side of the paper to offset the ribbon and it was placed on the card.
9. I then stamped the sentiment in soft sky ink then rock n rolled the edges in wild wasabie and cut out around it.
10. Finally I layered the sentiment on wild wasabi CS, cut out around that and adhered it to the underside of the main image.

Stamps: True Friend-SU
CS: Soft sky, wild wasabi, white, close to cocoa, fall flowers DSP-SU
Ink: Soft sky, wild wasabi, close to cocoa-SU
