Cherry sweet

I just had to make another card for the sketch challenge today, one that didnt use ‘true friend’. And there was a challenge from Flourishes to post a card today with one of their sets and you got a little something in the mail……too fun! Plus this is my final entry for the pink cat studio contest that’s been going on, so this is a TRIPLE whammy card!

I used some making memories rhinestone brads as a few of the cherries, I really liked that! The brads were on sale so they were super cheap, I think I’ll pick up a few more next time theyre on sale. Since they are so cheap I dont mind splurging and throwing a bunch on one card!

I stamped all the treats individually and then popped them up on dimensionals. My camera is a bit blurry due to letting both the girls play with it today, so a few of the details are lost. But there is some lovely lace stickles on the fluffy frosting on the right. The lace color just looks white without being glittery or too opaque, so it made lovely frosting whip. And the other cupcake has red stickles on it for some sprinkles.

The cherry paper was handstamped with the individual cherry from the stamp, inking it with my real red marker and artichoke marker each time. I swear I started out saying to myself I was going to make a fast card, and then before I knew it I was making this cherry paper!
