My rusty heart

December 19th, 2007

You could call it an obsession and you might be right.

I was digging around in my drawers and folders of embellishments and came accross this heart I’ve had for years. It is thin tin and very light weight. It was also begging to be made into a pendant. So I stamped it with versamark and embossed it with a rust colored EP. Then adding a chain was the final step!

It’s a substantial piece, about 1 3/4 wide and the same length. It hangs diagonally and is oh so pretty on. I cant fit myself into my lightbox so I’ll let you imagine it for yourself!

Enjoy!

What a neat idea! I have the same heart in a set with some flowers and butterflies and I haven’t found a use for them in ages. Very cute.
