My first Sarah K
July 22nd, 2008
This past weekend I started to watercolor again, it seemed to fit these images better than the copics so I started playing and ended up liking the results.
And because I really liked the way this turned out I have a closeup too~
These sweet Sarah K images are available at stampavie.com, if you would like to take a peek.
I’m hoping to knock out a few things tomorrow while Audrey has her therapy. I’ve got way too many ideas and just plain not enough time.

I’m sure glad you did a watercolor, Elizabeth–you do it so beautifully! I love your coloring of this darling image-she reminds me of little girls my mom used to draw–they always had little bell bottom jeans with a patch or 2–SO cute and reminiscent of this-darn, my mom should’ve started a stamp co., hehe! I know your time is limited and that you are super busy being a great mommy to your girls, so I appreciate you sharing whatever work you can when you can–it is always a treat and a true pleasure to visit your blog! Hugs!
This is just precious!!! perfect watercoloring!
This is so… sweet, Elezebeth! And your watercoloring is magnificient! I received my 1st Sarah Kay stamp in the mail the very day we were leaving for vacation- how bitter sweet is THAT! Friday I am having a stamping get together at my house so I hope to ink it up then!!!

This card is AWESOME! Love it, and it brings me right back into my childhood, I think I had a poster of that image or a very similar one with this little girl with the braids up!
