Bloggers challenge Friday…………it’s a birthday!

August 14th, 2008

I cannot believe I have missed the past several BC posts…..either I was on my back writhing in pain or at a slumber party with my 4 year old, I just couldn’t get to it. So I am very happy to be “back” to join the ladies for a fun day of birthday cards!

I’ve been drawing a lot lately, seems I almost have ideas in my head that are forcing their way out so I stopped resisting and put the pen to paper. It has now been 1 week and I’m really liking where this is going. So the card I am showing you tonight features NO stamps! It was hand drawn and colored with copics, jut for this card. And I’m trusting you will all be gentle with me since I feel as though I’m standing infront of you NAKED right now.

“happy birthday to a deer friend’

Now I’m going to laze around the house while the temperature cools down. I get so grumpy when it’s hot, I can’t eat, can’t sleep, dont want anyone touching me…..I just want to sit infront of the AC!

Today is Friday………we made it!
